RailOne offers multiple login methods to accommodate diverse user needs. Existing RailConnect and UTS On Mobile users can access the app with their current credentials, while new users can register with minimal information or use guest login via mobile number and OTP. Biometric authentication and M-PIN options further enhance login security and ease.
R-Wallet and Cost-Saving Features
The app introduces the R-Wallet, an integrated e-wallet allowing users to deposit funds in advance for seamless service payments. A notable incentive is a 3% discount on platform tickets purchased through the app, encouraging digital adoption and cost efficiency.
