Media personnel must conduct interviews and live broadcasts exclusively in the low-security lawn area adjacent to the outer gates.
This measure ensures compliance with security standards while allowing essential reporting activities.
Prohibited Devices and Actions
The guidelines restrict the use of mobile phones, cameras, tripods, and selfie sticks for any form of image or video capture inside the high-security zone, excluding official purposes.
Enforcement Mechanisms
Security personnel are authorized to prevent and intervene in any unauthorized recording attempts within the restricted area.

Penalties for Violations
Advocates, interns, or law clerks face actions from their bar association or state bar council. Media violators risk a one-month ban from the premises, while court staff and officials encounter disciplinary proceedings.
