He emphasized that he had already issued an apology for those remarks soon after the incident.
He clarified that his appearance before the Women’s Commission was out of respect for the institution, which he described as an important government body.
The actor stressed that his comments were intended as advice to children, spoken from the perspective of a concerned father figure, and not with any harmful or malicious intent.

Reiterating his regret, Shivaji urged the commission to consider his explanation and close the issue at this stage.
