He highlighted their ability to drive meaningful change without relying on big budgets. Initiatives from Alluri, Parvathipuram Manyam, and Eluru districts stood out for their fresh approaches.
Naidu directed officials to roll out these successful models across the state. He stressed that creative thinking can achieve remarkable results even with limited resources. The focus remains on improving lives through practical, ground-level efforts.
Spotlight on Mustabu Initiative
The ‘Mustabu’ program in Parvathipuram Manyam district particularly impressed the chief minister. Introduced by Collector N. Prabhakar Reddy, it promotes daily hygiene habits among school children. Simple checks by student leaders encourage cleanliness without any extra funding.
Naidu described it as proof that miracles are possible without money. He instructed authorities to extend Mustabu to government and private schools statewide. This could reach around 7.9 million students and foster better health awareness.
Transforming Lives in Eluru
In Eluru district, Collector K. Vetri Selvi’s ‘Project Marpu’ earned high marks. The scheme helps former country liquor producers transition into micro-entrepreneurs. Visible improvements have emerged in 140 villages through skill-building and support.
Naidu appreciated how it brings positive change to vulnerable communities. Such efforts align with broader goals of economic empowerment and social reform. He encouraged similar rehabilitation-focused programs elsewhere.
Boosting Education in Tribal Areas
Alluri district’s ‘Super 50 Inspiration Engine of Nirman’ also drew commendation. Led by Collector A.S. Dinesh Kumar, it provides targeted coaching for Class 10 tribal students. Over 90,000 young learners have already benefited from this motivational drive.
The chief minister expressed delight at its impact on education outcomes. He referenced the ‘Values School’ concept started in Kuppam, emphasizing moral growth alongside knowledge. Technology and new ideas should play a bigger role in schooling, he added.
Call for Wider Innovation
Naidu urged all collectors to harness technology for public good. He wants education and governance to see real transformation through smart strategies. Replicating these wins statewide could set new benchmarks in administration.
