Lucknow: In a strong response to the recent shooting incident outside actress Disha Patani Family in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath personally reached out to her father, Jagdish Patani.
He assured that the Disha Patani family would receive complete protection and that the culprits would be caught under all circumstances.
The CM emphasized, “Our state stands firmly with your family. The miscreants, wherever they may hide, will be brought to justice.”
Jagdish Patani later shared this assurance with the media.
The shooting occurred on September 12 outside the Patani residence.
Reports suggest that controversial remarks made by Disha’s sister, Khushboo, may have provoked the attackers.
The incident escalated when the Goldy Brar gang claimed responsibility, sparking further concern.
Khushboo Patani, a former Army officer and now a fitness trainer, has been at the center of the controversy.
Following the attack, police have launched an intensive investigation, analyzing CCTV footage and forming five special teams to track down the suspects.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring the safety of the Disha Patani family, adding that stringent measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
