Police Response and Arrests
Jubilee Hills police registered a case under multiple sections based on a complaint by MahaTV’s executive editor, Ajitha. After reviewing CCTV footage, authorities identified 24 suspects, arresting 13, including Srinivas Yadav, while 11 remain at large.
Court Grants Bail to Accused
The arrested individuals, including Srinivas Yadav, were produced in court, which granted them bail on personal bonds. This decision followed their detention on June 28, amid allegations of vandalism and assault.
Additional Charges Filed
During Srinivas Yadav’s arrest at Telangana Bhavan, police accused BRS workers of obstructing official duties, leading to a separate case against Srinivas, Balka Suman, and others. This escalated tensions surrounding the incident.

Korutla MLA Dr. Sampath visited the arrested leaders, alleging police bias in filing charges. Conversely, TPCC Chief Mahesh Kumar Goud and Congress leaders condemned the attack, visiting MahaTV to assess the damage.
