Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu promoted yoga’s benefits, stating, “Yoga fosters physical and mental health, enhancing discipline and immunity.” He tied it to Swarnandhra 2047, adding, “With 2.17 crore participants and 1.44 lakh instructors, yoga is now a public movement shaping a healthier state.”
Kalyan’s Cultural Emphasis
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan praised yoga’s global reach, saying, “World Yoga Day is India’s pride, with Modi universalizing yoga’s Sanatana Dharma roots.” He noted, “Modi’s strong will reflects yoga’s power, and Visakhapatnam leads the ‘One Earth, One Health’ mission.”

Minister Nara Lokesh lauded the event’s success, stating, “Yoga Andhra’s triumph reflects Modi’s vision and public enthusiasm.” He outlined economic plans, saying, “Visakhapatnam will emerge as an IT hub with five lakh jobs, with Amaravati as the administrative capital.”
